In the month of August alone, we were contacted about 37 abandoned rabbits & we received 100 surrender requests. Yes, 100 in one month.
Take comfort and pride in knowing that our volunteers are working every day to save as many as we can. Limited resources for shelters and rescues are not the problem– abandoning, neglecting, and abusing animals is the problem.
